Kenco is a luxury home builder in South Florida with custom homes available in two different master-planned neighborhoods. We worked with Kenco, their marketing partners, and two other real estate development companies to create an automated lead management system to collect leads from an unlimited number of sources and integrate over 10,000 existing leads.

From our analysis of Kenco’s needs and their long-term goals of building an agile CRM for their sales and marketing efforts, we tested multiple types of CRM software, integrated email systems, and automation software.
Thousands of current leads and all their information were securely inserted into our new omnichannel sales and marketing system.
After meeting separately with all stakeholders – Kenco management, developer marketing teams, contracted vendors, and the individual sales teams – and discussing business and marketing strategy goals, we created a completely custom automation process. This included a custom CRM system, email drip marketing, lead followup systems, and a transparent analytics dashboard. Kenco captured over 10,000 new leads from at least 5 different internal and external sources and had an over 20% open rate on marketing drip emails.
